Outcomes

  1. The Scheduling Dashboard will remind you when the appropriate check in date is for a certain case.

  2. At the check in date, reach out to the attorney using thethe outcomes template email. This email includes a link to the REDCap Outcomes form; include a code as you would for any REDCap form.

  3. The template email also includes Supplemental Questions that we are tracking in hopes that we’ll be able to evaluate the remote program at a later date. These should just be answered by email from the attorney. Copy and paste the responses into the last columns of the “outcomes tab” on the Scheduling Dashboard. Track any interim legal outcomes that might not be captured by the REDCap form (e.g., a negative Credible Fear Interview finding being overturned due to the mental health evaluation, with the overall case still pending).

Note:

If the attorney says that the date has changed, or the final decision has not been rendered, just ask them when the best time is to check in again and then update the scheduling dashboard to the new date.

  1. When you get a final result, it is very nice to let the evaluator know! They often do not get follow up on the cases, so really appreciate updates about how clients are doing and how their legal case went.
