Hi team, thank you for being here and for doing this <3 The work you’re doing is really important and we’re so happy to have you on MSHRP’s Access to Continuity Care and Essential Social Services (ACCESS) team. We know you’re busy students and we appreciate any time you’re willing to give your cases and your clients. Some helpful perspective: when you’re assigned a case, keep in mind you’re holding a piece of your client’s life.
We know this is a lot of information, but once you go through one or two cases you’ll be an expert. We hope this Walkthrough will be helpful in making case management less overwhelming.
